 Hot water facility in the washroom will be available only for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening
 INVERTER facility will be available in case of power cut down, during this time ONLY fan and tube light will be in use . Ac will not be available
 Appliances to use in the Room are Kettle, Microwave & Refrigerator
 Kitchen will have Serving Plates, Bowls & Glasses

Must Read Rules
 Passport, Aadhar, Driving licence and Govt.Id as accept as Id Proofs. Local ids not allowed.
 Pets are permitted on the premises; however, guests must ensure that they are not brought into the room or allowed on the bed. Additionally, pets are prohibited from entering the swimming pool.
 Loud Music is permitted in enclosed spaces but not in open spaces, as it may cause discomfort to other guests. Additionally , loud music is not allowed after 10pm.
Smoking/Alcohol Consumption Rules
 We don’t promote Liquor/Alcohol consumption at common premises like Swimming pool.
 Smoking not allowed inside the Villa
Swimming Pool
 Swimming pool timings 8am to 8pm 
 A proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities
 We have a common swimming pool so In order to avoid rush we provide personal time slots to individual group. Please convey your time slot to avoid last minute inconvenience to the Manager. 
 Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool. 
 In case you have long hair please ensure that you put on a swimming cap before entering the pool. 
 Food and Beverages are not allowed in the Pool area 
 Chewing tobacco, pan masala, etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited 
 Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities

 You can order from the Inhouse Restaurant Menu
 We also provide home made fresh food, it’s a make to order service. For this service speak to the manager and place your order 3 hour prior.
General
 Pest/flies appearance is a seasonal issue as start of monsoons. Guest required to keep doors closed at times as they get attracted towards lights.
